The steel blade on this Integral Chef's Knife is pattern welded low layer damascus steel, hand forged to shape.
The handle is made from a beautifully figured piece of spalted sycamore tree from the little property we used to rent on Brooklyn Road in Carterton that was felled. It has been stabilised for added durability.
Comes with a display stand similar to the one in these photos, made from on old local totara fencepost on a polished wooden base.
